REQUESTING A COMMISSION AND PAYMENT
❥ Commissions can be ordered via ko-fi or google form, depending on client preference.
❥ When requesting a commission, please include as much detail and as many references as possible. There is literally no such thing as too much information for me to have!
❥ The best way to share images is via an aggregate link like google drive or imgur.
❥ If you are ordering a NSFW commission, please either use the google form or DM me the information directly when I reach out.
❥ Payment for commissions is via paypal only.
❥ Payment for commissions is in USD only.
❥ Payment is due upfront OR if you are ordering through google form and your commission is over $100, you may split the payment.
❥ IF YOU ARE SPLITTING YOUR PAYMENT: half is due upfront and half is due upon approval of completed commission, before client receives the full resolution, unwatermarked version of the piece.
❥ When splitting payment, all additional terms (including revision policy) still apply.UPON ORDERING
❥ I will get back to you as soon as possible at the email/social media site/discord you provide to confirm commission details (and payment information if paying via PayPal directly).
❥ Your commission will go into the queue (or be started) as soon as payment is received.
❥ You will receive a minimum of one update during the sketching process. For illustration commissions especially, this is where I will request the most feedback to have a smoother rendering process later on, so please give as much feedback as possible.
❥ Additional requests for feedback may be sent throughout the drawing process depending on the type and complexity of commission.
❥ Average commission completion time is one week to one month, depending on queue status and complexity.DEFINITIONS
❥ Portrait: a piece from generally the shoulders up. This may extend as far down as mid-chest. A portrait piece NEVER includes hands without additional cost.
❥ Half body: a piece from the pelvis up. This may extend farther down to mid-thigh, depending on the needs of the illustration, but will never extend beyond that.
❥ Full body: a piece from the lower leg up. This is often just a character drawn in their entirety, including feet, but pieces that cut off anywhere from below the knee count as full body.
❥ Sketch: a rough black and white piece with a grey colour fill.
❥ Simple Illustration: a piece with refined lineart and minimal shading.
❥ Complex Illustration: a piece with refined lineart and complex shading. Can include simple baclground elements.DELIVERABLES
❥ Commissioner will receive one full resolution unwatermarked image, and one reduced resolution watermarked image to post on social media.
❥ Files will be sent via google drive link and available for a minimum of six months.
❥ After six months, original files will likely still be available if commissioner reaches out to maaagpie.REVISIONS
❥ During work in progress check-ins, commissioner is encouraged to make requests for changes as needed to ensure their satisfaction with the final product.
❥ Once a commission is completed, unless I as the artist missed something in the initial request or during work in progress updates, no additional changes will be offered for free.
❥ Revisions MAY be available on completed commissions with an extra charge, to be determined based on complexity.REFUNDS
❥ If you are in any way dissatisfied with my work, please reach out to me and we can work on a resolution together.
❥ Partial refunds may be available for projects still in progress.
❥ There are no refunds available on completed commissions. No exceptions.ORDERING NSFW COMMISSIONS
❥ You must be 18+ to order a commission with any NSFW content.
❥ Commissioner MAY be asked to provide proof of their age by showing redacted ID (censoring all information but name and birth date).
❥ I will not draw NSFW content of minor characters, even if aged up. No exceptions.
❥ Aside from that, if you are concerned about the content of your NSFW request in any way, feel free to DM me and we can figure out a way forward.
❥ Please keep NSFW commission details to the google form or DM.USAGE
❥ Commissioner may use their commissions in a personal capacity.
❥ I reserve the right to advertise or otherwise post completed commissions on social media or my website.
❥ I reserve the right to claim ownership over my created artwork.
❥ Commissions completed at these prices are for personal use only.
❥ If you would like to request me for commercial work, please reach out to me directly so we can discuss price.
❥ My work may never be used in the creation of NFTs.
❥ My work may never be used in the training of AI image generators.
❥ Commissioner may not claim creation or ownership of their commissioned piece.
❥ Violation of these terms will result in immediate blacklisting.WILL/WILL NOT DRAWS
